This is a scholarship given
in memory of Renate Wheelock, a beloved Social Studies teacher and department head at MAUHS for over thirty
years. During her time at Mt. Anthony, she was a passionate teacher, a life-long learner, a visionary in her
field, and a global explorer with a strong commitment to her students and the surrounding community. An award of
$2000 will be given to the recipient of this scholarship to assist in further education.

High School
Accepted at a 4-year college
Passion for learning and the social sciences
Interest in one or more of the following:

Written Response #2: In 75 words or less, tell the committee
about your most notable accomplishment to date.
Written Response #3: In 300 words or less, select an issue
of importance to you today, and describe how you envision
making a difference in that area in the future.
