Notice About School Board Policies
The School Board is in the process of updating all school policies. This may necessitate changes in school rules. We will receive written notification of all changes as they occur. Reference to these policies in this handbook are noted after headings as: (Policy XXXX). This complete record of current School Board policy is available for public review at the M.A.U.H.S. office.
TITLE VI, SECTION 504 & ALL FEDERAL REGULATIONS, PROMULGATED THEREIN – NON DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT POLICY#1055
DESIGNATION OF RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE:
In accordance with Title VI, 504, Title IX, the Americans With Disabilities Act, and all federal regulations promulgated therewith, the Mount Anthony Union School District No. 14 fully supports the philosophy and intent of Title VI, Section 504, Title IX and all federal regulations promulgates therein and to that end the District will not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin or handicap in all matters related to the operation of and the programs offered by the Mount Anthony School District No. 14. Anyone alleging any action by the Mount Anthony Union School District No.14 which would be prohibited such regulations should submit such complaint to the “responsible employee” identified below.
