Parking Violations
 You must have a parking permit to park on school grounds.
Restricted parking applies in all school lots, 7a.m. – 3p.m. Monday-Friday.
Fire lane violations shall be enforced under sections 10-12.08 and 10-19.06 of the Bennington Town Ordinance. Fines for violations shall be as set forth in the appendix under section 19-19.07.
1st offense: $25.00
2nd offense: $30.00
3rd offense: $45.00
Handicapped parking violations shall be enforced under section 10-5.16 of the Bennington Town Ordinance. Fines for violations shall be set forth in the appendix under section 19-19.07.
1st offense: $25.00
2nd offense: $30.00
3rd offense: $45.00
Parking on any cross walk or sidewalk shall be prohibited and ticket shall be issued as set forth under section 19-19.07.
1st offense: $5.00
2nd offense: $10.00
3rd offense: $25.00
Underclass students parking on campus, penalties are as follows:
1st offense: $5.00
2nd offense: $10.00
3rd offense: $25.00
Each subsequent offense: will result in $25.00 charge and possible towing of the vehicle. In addition, students may lose parking privileges in their senior yr
Seniors parking in a non-designated area penalties are as follows:
1st offense: $5.00 plus warning
2nd offense: $10.00 plus loss of sticker
If students fail to pay fines/tickets by end of year, their attendance at the senior ball or graduation will be in jeopardy.
