SS3 U.S. History Honors

This U.S./World History honors course examines the history of the United States through a study of the cultural and intellectual forces that have shaped the American character. The approach is chronological, 1900 to the present. The textbook is supplemented by other sources, both primary and secondary. Emphasis is placed on the written and oral expression of ideas through research papers, book reviews, seminars, debates and video presentations.
