English 12 Honors Literature & Composition



This survey of British Literature is intended for highly motivated students with excellent reading and writing skills and enthusiasm for literature. It includes extensive reading assignments covering all major British periods, movements, and writers. Impromptu and polished writing assignments will focus upon literacy criticism that demonstrates close reading, analytical skills, and the ability to connect ideas. Students will be expected to complete summer reading texts and assigned work. Assignments are available from the Literature and Composition Department Head Teacher.
